Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are shipped from our office on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
- All orders placed on a weekday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- All orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- If you have paid for express shipping, your order will be fast tracked once it is in the hands of our courier (please note this does not change the sequence in which we pack orders).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia
- Regular Post: $11.90 flat rate (2-8 business days)
- Express Post: $16.90 flat rate (1-4 business days)
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $60.00 AUD
- Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on our courier.
We do not take responsibility for delays within the courier's network. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in theirs.
We currently offer Australia-wide shipping only. We are working on offering international shipping as soon as possible.

Please note: if a parcel is returned to us by our courier due to a customer error (such as providing an incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the parcel is returned to us due to an issue on our end (such as defective shipping label), we will cover the extra shipping to ensure the parcel reaches you.
